250g short crust pastry

2 tomatoes

2 onions

2 eggs

100g hard cheese

15cl thick cream fresh

20cl milk

salt, pepper, nutmeg

Prepare the onions: cut each onion in two and slice thinly then cook in the pan slowly with a bit of oil for 10 minutes. Reserve.

Slice the tomatoes, take out the seeds and reserve on absorbing paper.

In the separate bowl put eggs, cream fresh, milk, salt, pepper, nutmeg. Mix delicately and add grated cheese.

In the tart tin put the pastry and adjust it picking with folk the bottom. Add onions from pan and then tomatoes slice by slice. In the end add preparation with eggs, cheese and cream.

Cook the quiche for 40 min. in 180 degrees Celsius.

Enjoy cold!
