Rabbit with mustard (for 4 persons) Cost: 8 / 2 by person

rabbit full (~1,5kg)

2 tablespoons mustard

10cl cream

some bay leaves and leek leaves

a bit of oil

salt and pepper

Prepare the rabbit: cut in separate pieces, reserve in the water liver.

In the big pan put a bit of oil, add the rabbit in pieces and cook 5 minutes from both sides.

Put the mustard on each piece, a bit of water, salt and pepper. Cover the pan and cook 15min.

Add the cream and cook 10min more.

Put the liver and cook 5min.

Serve warm with potatoes!
