Ravioli filling with crab (for 2 persons) Cost: 4.3€ / 2.15€ by person
For pasta fresh: 300g flour
pinch of salt
2 tablespoons water
For filling: 100g crab meat
1/2 bunch of parsley
2 tablespoons of lemon juice
Prepare the filling: take the crab meat (drain before to don't let the water inside), chopped the parsley, mascarpone, pepper and lemon juice. Mix all together. Reserve in the fridge.
Prepare the sheet of dough with the machine (from 1 to 5 level ). Cut the appropriate size (depends of your machine).
Put the sheet inside the ravioli machine and add the filling little by little.
Separate the ravioli one by one.
Cook 7-10 minutes in big volume of water.
