Rice Salad (for 4 persons) Cost: 3.5 / 0.88 by person

250g rice long

1 egg

150ml vegetable oil

2 tomatoes

50g corn

6 crab sticks

1/2 teaspoon mustard

3 tablespoons cream fresh

salt and pepper

Cook the rice in boiled water for 15 min. Reserve in colander and let to become cold.

Prepare tomatoes: cut in 4 parts, take away the pulp and seeds then cut in little cubes. Reserve.

Cut in little cubes also the crab sticks. Reserve separate.

In other bowl do the mayonnaise: take yolk, a pinch of salt and mustard and mixing energetically little by little add vegetable oil.

When rice are cold, take separate bowl and put rice, tomatoes, crab sticks, corn, mayonnaise and cream fresh. Mix delicately this preparation and serve!
