250g of rice Alborio

400g of tomato pulp

2 onions

1 cube of chicken broth

some oil

salt, pepper and some parsley

Chop the onions and put inside the pot with some oil. Cook during 5 minutes.

Add the tomato pulp and cook during 15 minutes.

Put the rise, turn during few minutes and then add the water, chicken broth, salt and pepper.

Cook during 10 minutes and add sometimes the water.
