Chicory prawn salad (for 2 persons) Cost: 4.5 / 2.25 by person

For Salad: 2-3 chicory

2 tomatoes

150g shrimp

For Sauce: 3 soup spoons of cream fresh

1/2 lemon (juice)

1 tea spoon of vinegar

1 clove of garlic

1/2 tea spoon of mustard

Prepare tomatoes without skin: for 1 minute put tomatoes in the boiled water and immediately in the cold water. Take away the skin. After cut in 2 parts and with the tea spoon take the seeds (grains) and cut in little cubes. Reserve in the bowl.

Prepare chicory: take away first leaves, cut in middle and cut out the core. Cut in pieces of 1 cm large. Reserve in the bowl with tomatoes.

Prepare shrimp: first, clean the shrimp, depends of size, cut in pieces. Reserve in the bowl with other ingredients.

Prepare the sauce: in the separate bowl press the garlic, add cream fresh, lemon juice, vinegar, mustard and salt, mix all.

Add the sauce to the salad, mix all and it's ready to serve!
