Marinate Salmon and Asparagus salad (for 2 persons) Cost: 9 / 4.5 by person

200g fresh salmon's filet

400g fresh asparagus

orange peel

1/2 lemon

3 tbsp. of olive oil

salt and pepper

Prepare the salmon: clean in cold water, dry with absorbing paper and slice it.

Prepare the marinade: in the separate bowl put the olive oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper and peel of orange. Add the salmon and keep in the marinade during 2 hours.

During this time boil the asparagus during 8-12 minutes (asparagus cook depends of their size) in the water with salt. Put immediately in cold water for 1 minute and put in colander to reserve them for the salad.

2 hours later, serve inside the dish asparagus and salmon, as sauce use the marinade.
