Lettuce with tuna fish (for 3 persons) Cost: 4.2 /1.4 by person

For Salad: 1 core of green salad (lettuce)

1/2 cucumber

1/2 red onion

150g of Tuna fish

100g of cheese

15 radishes

For Sauce: 10 spoons of olive oil

1 tea spoon of vinegar (preference balsamic)

1 pinch of sugar

salt and pepper

To Decorate: hard-boiled eggs

Prepare lettuce: clean very carefully and let dry.

Prepare salad: Slice the red onion, cucumber, radishes and cheese. Add these ingredients to the lettuce. 

Prepare the sauce: in the separate bowl put the oil, vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper and mix all.

Serve the salad in the plates and only in the last moment add the sauce.
