500g filet of salmon

10cl of liquid cream

salt and pepper

Clean the filet of salmon with cold water and dry it with absorbing paper. Warm up the stove and put the salmon inside on the side of the skin and cook slowly for 4 minutes, then put the cream on the filet and cover the stove with top and cook it more from 2-8 minutes depends of your taste. Less you cook, more raw will be inside.

Serve inside the plate!
