Salmon with Cream-Dill sauce ( 2 persons) Cost: 7 / 3.5 by person

400g fresh salmon

10cl liquid cream

5 branches fresh dill

1 teasp. mustard

salt, pepper

Clean in cold water and dry with absorbing paper the fresh salmon. Add salt, pepper on. Put in cooking paper, close well and cook in oven 20 min in 180 degrees Celsius.

In little pot put liquid cream, warm up until is moussing, add mustard and continue to cook for few minutes slowly continuing to mix no-stop.  Add salt, pepper and chopped fresh dill.

Serve salmon with sauce and enjoy immediately!
