Salmon's tartar (for 2 persons) Cost: 5€ / 2.5€ by person
400g very fresh salmon's filet without skin
2-4 tbsp. olive oil
1 teaspoon mustard
salt and pepper
Prepare the salmon's filet: cut it in little cubes. Reserve in the bowl.
Press 1/2 lemon and chop thinly the dills.
Add the dills, lemon juice, mustard, olive oil, salt and pepper with salmon. Mix and serve immediately.
