1/2l of milk

50g semolina of wheat

2 tbsp. of sugar

50g of dry raisins

1 lemon from healthy store

5cl of liquid cream

Put the milk inside the pot and add the sugar.

Prepare the 4 peels of lemon and add to the milk and sugar.

In the separate pot put the water with raisins during 5 minutes.

When the milk start to boil, add the semolina and turn the porridge during 5 minutes.

Then add the raisins (without water) and cream, mix all and reserve in the little vessels.

Let to become cold in the kitchen, then put in the fridge.

Serve with caramel sauce or fruits!
