Short crust pastry (pie for 6 persons)
220g wheat flour
1 teasp. sugar
3g baking powder
1 pinch of salt
In the bowl mix flour, sugar, salt and baking powder. Add egg full and with fingers slowly mix egg with dry ingredients.
Add soft cut in little cubes and with hand start to create a ball little by little. When it's done put this ball on the table with some flour on and knead the dough for 5 minutes. To don't stick the dough use flour.
Before to use for a pie keep in the fridge for 1 hour to cool or freeze it for other day.
