300g almond kernel

1 vanilla pod

1 lemon (peel and a bit of juice)

50g icing sugar

100g white chocolate

Prepare the almond kernel: in the bowl divide in little pieces.

Prepare the peel of lemon, press the juice, cut the vanilla as you can take out the little grains.

Mix the preparation with the hand.

Put in the plastic paper and roll making the sausage.

Put it in the freezer for 15-20 minutes.

During this time dissolve the white chocolate in double boiler.

Exit the preparation, take away the plastic paper and cut in little pieces, then with the hands make little balls.

With the fork roll the balls in the dissolved chocolate and then icing sugar.

Reserve them in the fridge.
