250g shortcrust pastry

500g soft white cheese

2 eggs

2 tbsp. cream fresh

100g sugar

100g dry raisins

1 lemon

2 tablespoons flour

1 cup of tea

Prepare the cake tin: put with brush a bit of oil and flour then add inside the pastry. Adjust it and pick with fork in few places. Put in the cold oven and start it 160 degrees C for 5 minutes.

In the glass put dry raisins with tea.

In bigger bowl mix sugar with yolks and then add soft white cheese without water, cream fresh, peel of 1 lemon and 2tbsp. of flour. Mix this preparation together and then add raisins pressing very well with hands to take less possible the liquid.

In separate bowl beat up white of eggs and delicately add in the preparation.

Put the preparation inside the cake tin on pastry and continue to cook in the oven for 160 degrees Celsius for 30-40 minutes.

Before to serve let become cold!
