800g fresh bacon

2 carrots

3 potatoes

1 cube of vegetable's broth

500g red beetroots already cooked

2 tbsp. of vinegar (balsamic)

salt, pepper

Cut the fresh bacon in big pieces, put in the pot, cover the water.

Prepare and slice the carrots, cut in cubes the potatoes, peel and grate the beetroots. Reserve each vegetable in separate plate.

Before start to boil, skime the soup. Add the carrots and cook 20 minutes.

Add the potatoes, grated beetroots, vegetable's cube, salt and pepper. Cover and cook 20 minutes.

Add the vinegar little by little. Mix and serve with cream fresh!
