Stewed apples and pears with yogurt cream (for 2 persons) Cost: 1.1€ / 0.55€ by person
60g of sugar
2 pots of yogurt (natural, white)
Peel the apple and pear, cut out the core and cut in medium size pieces, mix with lemon juice (then the fruits don't become brown).
Put the fruits inside the pot with sugar on and cook on the slowly warm 10 - 20 minutes. Reserve during the moment become cold.
Mix yogurt with half of the fruits and serve in the glasses, put on the other part of fruits. You can keep a moment in the fridge before to serve.
