500g strawberries

350g sugar

Prepare the strawberries: clean in cold water and take away the green part. Press lemon juice and add with strawberries, mix delicately.

In the pot put sugar with cup of water and boil for 5 minutes the syrup. Add the strawberries and boil slowly 5 minutes. Reserve only the strawberries in the little vessels and continue to boil the syrup for 15-20 minutes slowly. Add syrup to strawberries and reserve for few hours to become cold on the table. Close the vessel and put in the fridge. Enjoy!
