4 big cultivated mushrooms (ex. "Paris)

2 cloves of garlic

some parsley

100g cheese (preference hard)

2 shallots

some oil

2 slices white bread (can be dry)

1/2 glass of milk

dried breadcrumbs

salt and pepper

Warm the milk, add the bread in. Let rest 5 minutes.

Chop the shallots, put oil in pan and cook shallots during 4 minutes. Reserve in the separate bowl.

Prepare the mushrooms: clean with brush and cut out the mushroom's stalk.

Chop the parsley, add in the bowl where the shallots are, grate the cheese inside, press the garlic, and put the bread, salt and pepper. Mix.

Put this preparation in the mushrooms and finish to put the dried breadcrumbs and a bit of oil or little piece of butter.

Cook the mushrooms in the oven in 200 degrees Celsius for 15 minutes.
