Lebanese Taboulé (for 4 persons) Cost: 3€ / 1.5€ by person
150g of semolina from couscous
1 white onion
2 spoons of olive oil
some fresh mint and parsley
salt and pepper
Prepare the semolina from couscous: put the dry semolina inside the bowl, put the boiled water on around 1 cm of high above semolina and let it rest during 5 minutes (exact time see on the package).
Prepare the tomatoes, cut them in the little cubes, slice thinly the cucumber, chop the onion, chop the herbs, press the juice from lemon.
Add all the ingredients to the semolina from couscous, add also salt and pepper and let inside the fridge during 2 hours before to serve.
