La Tapenade (for 2 persons) Cost: 2.5€ / 1.25€ by person
200g black olives
5 filets of fresh anchovy
1 tablespoon of capers
some fresh thyme leaves
1 clove of garlic
20cl of olive oil
Prepare the olives: take away the stone. Reserve in the bowl.
Prepare the fresh anchovy: clean and scale them, take out the internal organs, cut the head and take away the main bone.
Put inside the mixer olives, anchovy filets and thyme leaves.
Start to mix. Then add the garlic and olive oil. Continue to mix until you get thick and creamy preparation.
Serve “tapenade” as starter on the toast.
