2 eggs (yolks and white separate)

100g brown sugar

7g of vanilla sugar

250g mascarpone

24 sponge fingers

1 glass black coffee

cacao

In the bowl put the yolks and sugar, mix. Then add mascarpone and mix until the moment you get a creamy preparation.

Beat up the white of eggs and add to the preparation with mascarpone. Mix.

Prepare the strong and black coffee.

Take the dish where you create the cake. Put first part sponge fingers soaked in the coffee, next part put the creamy preparation with mascarpone. And continue. You have to finish with the cream part.

Put on the cacao and keep 24h in the fridge before to serve.
