Tomato soup (for 4 persons) Cost: 2€ / 0.5€ by person
2 tablespoon concentrate of tomatoes
pinch of sugar
2 bay leaves
1,2l of water + 2 cubes of vegetable broth
Prepare the onion and carrot: chop them in small pieces.
In the pot put the oil with onions and carrots, cook 10 minutes.
During this time prepare the tomatoes: each tomato cut in 4 parts and take out the green core.
Then add the concentrate of tomatoes to the vegetables in the pot, mix and add the tomatoes, sugar, bay leaves and pepper. Cover the pot and cook during 10 minutes.
Put the water and broth, mix, cover the pot and cook slowly 25 minutes.
Take out the bay leaves and mix the soup.
