Tuna Tartar (for 3 persons) Cost: 8€ / 2.66€ by person
500g fresh tuna fish
1 fresh white onion
few branches of coriander and small chives
few tbsp. of olive oil
a pinch of sesame seeds
Choose very fresh tuna fish (ask advise to your fish merchant). Cut out carefully and delicately the filet. Cut in little cubes. Reserve in bowl.
Separately prepare the sauce with lemon juice, olive oil, salt, pepper, mix very well and add this preparation on the tuna fish. Mix again and cover with film paper reserve in fridge for 1h (not more).
10 minutes before to exit the fish, prepare the avocado, cut it in little cubes. Chop very thinly the herbs.
Add avocado, herbs and sesame seeds to tuna tuna and serve immediately!
