Crispy Tuna triangles (for 2 persons) Cost: 3.2 / 1.6 by person

100g tuna fish (natural in box)

1 hard boiled eggs

2 shallots, 2 cloves of garlic

salt and black pepper

1 lemon

a bit of oil

some fresh coriander

phyllo pastry

Peel and chop thinly the shallots and cloves of garlic. Cook this preparation in the pan for 5min and then add tuna fish, mix and cook for few minutes more.

Reserve the preparation from pan in separate bowl, add salt, pepper and peel of lemon (preference organic).

Cut in dices the egg and chop thinly in last moment the coriander leaves. Add in the bowl and mix very carefully this preparation.

Take the phyllo pastry, add 1 tablespoon of preparation and create the triangles. Watch step by step in video! Cook with 1tbsp. of oil in the pan for 3 minutes each side. Enjoy!
