2 turkey's filets

100g of  fresh spinach

50g of cheese

salt and pepper

1 egg

dried breadcrumbs

some flour

oil for cook

some toothpicks

Prepare the spinach: in the boiled water put the fresh spinach during 1-2 minutes. Reserve on the absorbing paper.

Take the filet of turkey, put the spinach leaves inside, put on the little pieces of cheese, roll the filet and close with toothpicks.

Put inside the flour, then egg, then in dried breadcrumbs.

Put the oil inside the stove, cook the filet and cook on the slowly warm during 10-15 minutes, turn on the all sides.

Serve with fresh leaves of spinach and/or other vegetables.
