Veal with mustard and cabbage ( 4 persons) Cost: 18 / 4.5 by person

1 kg veal to roast

20g butter

1 green cabbage

4 tbsp. mustard

4 shallots, 1 clove of garlic, 2 bay leaves

10cl white wine dry

1/2 cube vegetable broth

salt, black pepper

In the dish add 1 tbsp. of mustard, roll the veal in, add salt, black pepper and add other part of mustard on the veal. Reserve on the side.

Peel and slice shallots, peel and broken the garlic.

Prepare green cabbage, separate all the leaves and clean in cold water.

Dissolve the butter in the pot and cook the veal on all sides for 10 minutes. When the veal is brown, exit from the pot. Add shallots with garlic in the pot, cook few minutes, add white wine, 50cl water, vegetable broth, bay leaves and mix. When start to boil add 1/2 of cabbage leaves one by one, put inside veal and cover with other part of cabbage leaves. Cook in pressure cooker for 30 minutes or take a pot who goes in the oven 200 degrees Celsius for 1 hour.

Serve this plate warm!
