Vegetable's soup with Bacon (for 4-6 persons) Cost: 3.5 /0.88 by person

2kg of fresh bacon

2 carrots

3 potatoes

1 cube of vegetable broth

150g of split peas

Prepare the split peas: put in the water during 2 hours, then take away the water (put in colander).

Clean the bacon and cut in medium pieces. Put in the pot and cover with the water.

During this time prepare the carrots, peel and slice them.

When start to boil, skim the soup and then add the peas and carrots. Cover with the top and boil during 40 minutes.

Then add the salt, pepper, the cube of vegetable broth and potatoes cut in little pieces.

Cover the pot and continue to cook during 15 minutes.
