Vegetable Tempura (for 3 persons) Cost: 3.5 / 1.16 by person

1 egg

300g flour

1/2l very cold water

1,5l oil

1 eggplant

1 zucchini

1 carrot

First step is to start to warm up the oil.

Then prepare the vegetable: peel carrot and zucchini, cut vertically in slices and then slice one more time  horizontally to create a little sticks.

Prepare the dough: in separate bowl add full egg, a pinch of salt, mix and all very cold water and flour. Mix.

Immediately you have to prepare the vegetable tempura: take the vegetable sticks one by one put first in the dough and then in the warm oil. Cook for 5-8 minutes.

Reserve on absorbing paper and enjoy!
