2 leeks

3 medium potatoes

20g butter

0.5l milk + 0.3l water

1 tablespoon cream fresh

1/2 cube vegetable broth

small chives, salt, pepper

Clean the leeks and slice them, then dissolve in pot the butter and add the prepared leeks, cook 10 minutes.

Peel and cut in cubes potatoes, reserve in cold water.

When the leeks are cooked, add the water, milk, broth, potatoes (without water) salt and pepper. Cook 15-20mn. Then mix the soup and add cream fresh.

Serve and decorate with small chives.
