Yogurt's Cake with cashew nuts (for 4 persons) Cost: 3.5 / 0.88 by person

125g cashew nuts without salt

130g butter

160g flour

3,5g fresh yeast

150g sugar + 100g for syrup

2 eggs

125g yogurt nature

1 lemon

70ml water

Cut the cashew nuts with knife or robot. Reserve in the bowl.

In the bowl with nuts add the flour and mix, add the soft butter cut in small pieces. I suggest to mix with the hand till the moment the butter absorb all flour. Reserve this preparation.

In separate bowl: mix few minutes the eggs with 150g sugar and yogurt. Add this preparation with the first and mix together.

Prepare the vessel: with brush put a bit of oil, put inside the baking paper and then put inside the dough.

Cook in the oven for 35-45 minutes in 180 degrees Celsius.

In the pot prepare the syrup: 100g sugar, 70ml water and peel of 1 lemon boil during 5 minutes. Reserve.

When the cake is ready, take out from vessel and with the brush add the syrup on the cake.

Enjoy cold!
